SubmittalCheck(TM) Statement of Privacy

SubmittalCheck Philosophy on Privacy:

Privacy on the SubmittalCheck web site (the "Site") is of great significance to us. Because SubmittalCheck gathers important information from our client companies ("Enterprises"), our staffing vendors ("Vendors") and potentially active Job Seekers ("Candidates"), we have established this privacy policy ("Privacy Statement") as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. Privacy and vendor neutrality are the foundation upon which our Users' trust in SubmittalCheck is based.

SubmittalCheck is designed to optimize the candidate submittal process by providing a clearinghouse through which staffing vendors can route permission requests to potential candidates who, in turn, can then approve or deny submittal authorization to the requesting vendor. In doing so, SubmittalCheck enables staffing vendors to participate in the hiring process with unquestioned validity by authenticating to the end client that their candidates have been engaged with full disclosure and authorization.

In order to benefit from the innovative features of SubmittalCheck, the application requires participants from the Enterprise and/or vendor side to supply information such as names, titles, contact information, job information, candidate information, etc. We understand that, before supplying SubmittalCheck with that information, you may require assurances that SubmittalCheck will act reasonably to protect the data collected and maintain privacy.

Collected Information:

We require Enterprise and Vendor Users (collectively, the "Users") who register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively, the "Service") to give us information such as company name or individual name, address, phone number, e-mail address, designated contacts, job requirements and candidate submission information (collectively "Personal Information"). Users can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the Site and editing their Personal Information within Settings. Users can view their updated Personal Information (Profile) to confirm their edits have been made.

SubmittalCheck uses the information that we collect to create an account. Users are asked to provide an e-mail address when registering for the Service in order to receive a username and password. We may e-mail information to Users regarding updates to the Service or about our company. Except as provided for in the Privacy Statement or the SubmittalCheck End User License Agreement, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided to us.

Users of the Service will be utilizing the Site to host data and information ("Data"). By using the Service, Users have agreed that they will provide data that may be shared with other Users for the purpose of filling open job positions ("Fulfillment"). SubmittalCheck will not otherwise review, share, distribute, print or reference any such Data, except as provided in this Privacy Statement or in the SubmittalCheck End User License Agreement.

Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed for the sole purpose of resolving a problem, support issue or suspected violation of the End User License Agreement, or as may be required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registrations and passwords.

SubmittalCheck may also collect certain information from Users, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our Users and provide such information to third parties. If personally identifiable information is disclosed by SubmittalCheck to third parties acting as our agents, such third parties will be required to comply with SubmittalCheck's Privacy Statement.

SubmittalCheck may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process (for example, in response to a court order or subpoena). SubmittalCheck may also disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. In addition, SubmittalCheck may transfer information about Users if SubmittalCheck is acquired by or merged with another company.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure Users that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Statement.

Cookies:

When a User or visitor interacts with the Site, we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When a User or visitor comes to the Site, our Web server sends a cookie to the User or visitor's computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether Users and visitors have visited the Site previously.

Stand-alone cookies do not identify a User personally. They merely recognize that User's browser. Unless a User or visitor chooses to identify itself to SubmittalCheck, either by opening an account or registering for a license to use SubmittalCheck, it remains anonymous to SubmittalCheck. Cookies come in two "flavors": session and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session and disappear from the User's computer when the User closes its browser software or turns off its computer. Persistent cookies remain on a User's computer after it has closed its browser or turned off its computer. Persistent cookies include such information as a unique identifier for a browser.

SubmittalCheck uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify a User while the User is logged in. This information allows SubmittalCheck to process a User's online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure the User is who it says it is after the User has logged in and are required in order to use the SubmittalCheck application.

Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our Website but may not be able to successfully use our Service.

Third Party Cookies:

SubmittalCheck's live support feature is powered by a third-party service. This service may place a persistent cookie on a User's machine in order to track its support history across multiple support sessions. These cookies enable our operators to view a complete history of a User's support sessions and more quickly assess problems and advise the User in utilizing SubmittalCheck. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies and they can only be read and used by SubmittalCheck's human support operators.

Third-Party Sites:

For our Users' convenience, SubmittalCheck provides direct hyperlinks to Vendor and Enterprise websites and email addresses. SubmittalCheck does not know and makes no representations as to the privacy and data protection policies of these external websites. SubmittalCheck assumes no responsibility for the content or activities contained on these external websites and reviewing the content on these external websites is not required to use the SubmittalCheck application.

Opt-Out Policy:

SubmittalCheck offers its Users a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after sign up, a User changes its decision about receiving information from us or about sharing its information with third parties, the User should send us a request specifying its new choice. Simply send the request to support@SubmittalCheck.com.
